10.00 – 18.00 / 28-29 Aug (Wed – Thu)
09.30 – 18.00 / 30 Aug (Fri)
10.00 – 17.00 / 31 Aug (Sat)
Q4.How do I register as a visitor for the exhibition?
You can register once the registration is open.
We highly recommend you to pre-register online to avoid queuing.
Q5. Do I have to pay an entrance fee to attend the exhibition?
Attendance for the exhibition is complimentary for visitors.
Q6.I did not receive any pre-registration confirmation email. How do I check the status of my registration? / I lost my pre-registration code. Can you re-send it to me?

Q7. I have already registered last year; can you do it on my behalf?
All visitors (repeat and/ or new) are required to register for the show.
Q8. I have already pre-registered, but I can no longer attend the show due to unforeseen circumstances. Can I give my code to my colleague?
Each code is assigned to each individual visitor. All visitors are required to register for the show.
Q9. When I will receive my visitor badge?
Once the online registration is open, visitors who already pre-registered will receive their online badge right away. For those who do registration onsite, you will get your badge at the show through your mobile or email confirmation.
Q10. Is the badge valid for all four days of the show?
All visitor must have their own online badge.
Q11. I do not have business card. Will I still be able to attend the show?
Every business / trade visitor or individuals seeking business and investment opportunities are welcome to visit Water Indonesia, subject to admission guidelines.
Q12. Is there a dress code to enter the exhibition?

Q13. Water Indonesia 2024 will follow health & safety procedures during show days?
Yes, we will follow all health & safety procedures recommended by the Government. And we will also adapt Informa Markets “All Secure” guides to conduct the show in a safe environment. For more information, please contact our event team.

Q15. Will Water Indonesia 2024 be conducted in Hybrid format (a combination of physical & Virtual show)?
